Inmotion hosting support service seriously lacks any practical support. If you want support from them on actual problems that happen on a server your best off skipping calling them or starting a chat with them and just emailing support@inmotionhosting.com and requesting the issue get moved to the system administrators. Every issue that we have ever had to contact them about has proved to be ineffective on getting any sort of support via phone or chat, rather after they waste anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes of your time telling you 'please hold while we check into this' they tell you to submit a support ticket. The Chat support also avoids answering any questions that they 'dont feel' like answering by diving into some other issue or saying "is there anything else we can talk to you about" Far as there support system goes this is by far the worst support that I have ever received from any business hosting service.

I've hosted my wordpress sites with InMotion for 3 months now. There was one night where it got slow but it only lasted about 15 minutes. Overall good host.

If you compare the load time of inmotion's site with other hosts you'll see inmotion's usually a bit faster. After hosting with hostican before I am much happier in the 4 months I've been with inmotion. It's about as good as shared hosting gets. Want faster? Be prepared to spend the big bucks on a dedicated server.
