Hostgator offers tips and tricks for you to be successful with your websites. Tips are useful because they can give you the idea on what to put on your website. My only problem with hostgator is the millions and millions of users. Yes, it is reassuring because, it really does have almost 2 million users. The only problem with the 2 million users is that you can’t refrain yourself from being a little sceptical. Many users mean a lot of maintenance. A lot of maintenance means a lot of downtimes. Do you get my point?

With over 2.5 million users, HostGator will have problems. Though the insisting problems it might give you, this is a verry good domain because of its features like 24 hour uptime, great CS and the ever famous cPanel. cPanel will help you handle your website without even breaking a sweat. With these great and outstanding features, you will surely purchase hostgator.

HostGator is one of the best web hosts that I’ve used for my personality development blogs. It has been efficient and has been nothing but reliable for my all my websites. I have tried other web hosts and can pretty much see the big difference. It has the very easy to use control panel and features that even newbies can benefit from. Overall, I can say that this is by far the web host that gave me the dependability that I’m looking for. My only concern is their customer service staffs which can be very hard to understand sometimes. Good thing, HostGator has video tutorials which are very helpful.

Host Gator has been pretty much an efficient web host for my online business. Firstly, you can experience the same features more costly web hosts provide. The reason I chose this as a web host is because you don’t have to spend a lot while enjoying its benefits and more importantly, the money back guarantee which lured me in the first place. Who wants to be tied to an inefficient web host, right? So far, I never have to ask for my money back as it has been doing what is expected although talking to their support staff can be a pain sometimes.

With Hostgator, what you have to remember is that you will be able to well get your website to rank quite highly in a search engine because they give me adwords coupons. I was pleasantly surprised with the activation time as well as their capability of getting a good transfer of all my sites for free. I am pretty sure that this is by far one of the best hosting firms that is available anywhere in the market today. I am planning on telling my friends to switch to hostgator with me. It is truly amazing. PS: I got a free domain with my account as well.

I remember my friend who told me that he faced certain problems with his host gator hosting provider. But I cannot believe it. With my servers, there were no uptime issues, no server crashes and if I had any problems with support, I simply chatted with the staff and got it all rectified immediately. Apart from that, you can also be completely certain that there are no bandwidth issues, or even any type of hosting solutions that are problematic. I could not ask for anything more when it came to my websites. Could there be something better out there on the web? I doubt it!

HostGator is truly the king of online web hosting. I even had the option of going about and installing various scripts that were already available with the host. I’m just a newbie in this all and the staff was very helpful in getting any updates and scripts that I wanted to install. I wanted to create multiple food blogs and since I was completely new to blogging, I decided to try out the service of host gators hosting for only little time. My friend recommended me to them and now it has been nearly 2 months since I started it.

This is the very first time that I ever came to start using HostGator. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, I just wanted to soak my feet in something for a little while. Let me just tell you that if you require a second option for host gator, it is simply great. The best thing is that it provides all the right good support and uptime that you need. At the same time, anytime there was any problem with the system, the support staff at the support center was simply favorable as they were able to resolve all problems and any server issues rather fast.

For a couple of months, I had a problem trying to use my Comodo SSL certificate which was setup by HostGator in the first place. The problem was that my visitors would get an error saying that my SSL certificate was incorrect.

Their support department never looked into the problem thoroughly and they always gave me a half assed response. They would always force the blaim on Comodo. After a bunch of tickets and communication from Comodo saying it wasn't their problem and that it was on HostGator's end, they reinstalled the SSL certificate. Once that was done it was no longer an issue.

Once it was fixed I asked HostGator to reimburse me for the two months of hosting that I couldn't use due to their problem. They insisted that they wouldn't pay me back since the problem was with Comodo.

Is it just me or does this seem a little messed up?

Recently, my credit card monthly billing failed and HostGator replaced my site with a spam page without alerting me. Because of the spam page, my uptime monitor did not catch that the site was down. The HostGator billing page is not integrated with the cPanel (or any other HostGator page), so it did not have a current email address, and HG did not use the contact info in cPanel to try to contact me before shutting down my site. HG is not reliable or professional.
