NetRack Servers is a Canadian service provider that prides itself by using an all-Dell data center (located in Toronto, Canada). They focus on providing dedicated server and virtual private server hosting solutions for enterprise and business users.
The Hosting Package
Their dedicated server package starts with $79 per month for the Intel Dual Core 2.0 GHz machine with a 250 GB SATA hard drive, 2048 MB memory, 2 static IP’s plus unmetered bandwidth. The Dedicated Core2 Duo package costs $119 per month and comes with the Intel Core2 Duo 2.53 GHz machine with a 320 GB SATA hard drive, 4096 MB memory and 2 static IP’s. The Dedicated Core2 Quad will cost you $179 per month for the Intel Core2 Quad 2.4 GHz machine with a 500 GB SATA hard drive, 4096 MB memory and 5 static IP’s. There are other packages with price tags of $210, $219, $299, $310, $350 and $450. Their most expensive package, the Super Extreme package costs $450 a month for the 2x Quad-Core Xeon 2.66 GHz machine with 2x 1000 GB hard drive, 8192 MB memory that is fully buffered, 10 static IP’s, a back up of 10 GB SAN, 250 GB external drive and unmetered bandwidth.
What’s Great About NetRack Servers?
- Uncensored content
Unlike other hosting providers that censor the content that they host,NetRack Servers does not do content monitoring. For as long as the company availing of the services is a legally acknowledged company, they are ok with hosting them. This is all good for those who do not want to explain the contents of their websites to any hosting provider.
- Consistent performance across most types of users
One of the nicest things about NetRack Servers is that their network speed and reliability remains consistent all through the years. This is a simple and yet difficult to maintain reputation since in the world of hosting, most providers are prone to downtimes.
- Easy to use tools
Their control panel’s user interface is good and user-friendly. The intuitive design in the control panel screens is a rarity these days since most providers do not prioritize this screen at all. The common misconception is that web administrators do not need a handsome page to adjust the controls but for newbie users, sometimes this makes a huge difference.
- In-house support team
The number one positive thing about NetRack Servers is that they have a well-trained, in-house technical and customer support team, which allows them to really control the quality of the calls and emails. They prioritize customer service above anything else since the company believes that this is their differentiating factor, amidst the sea of hosting providers.
What’s Disappointing About NetRack Servers?
✖ No shared hosting package
It is disappointing to not find anything affordable with NetRack since they really focus on the big players. But what if you are a budding entrepreneur that want to try out their service to launch a potentially huge site? Then you have no choice but to try their dedicated server packages, which can be very painful on the pocket.
✖ No domain registration facility
There is no domain registration facility for you if you want to buy more domains for your web service. This can be a hassle since you need to find a separate domain registration company and canvass for who can give you the most reasonable rates.
The Bottom Line
If you are a big company looking for a reliable and easy to use service, then you can have NetRack Servers as one of your top picks.

I do think that Netrack…
I do think that Netrack Servers is a fine web host provider. For almost three years, it has always been reliable. Since I have my own business now, I find their tools very convenient and easy to use. I really don’t have much time to learn everything one by one. But with their tools and other programs, I could easily get by. Moreover, I greatly appreciate them for having a courteous and great technical support team. Honestly, I’ve never been disappointed with staff. Overall, I’m such a fan of Netrack Servers and I’ve been suggesting my friends to use it since I’ve never had any problems in using it.
