What’s Great About PacificHost?
- Free website builder with every PacificHost account

- Good and reliable performance
The main reason why PacificHost has been around for more than a decade is their good name based on a reliable service. For individuals and companies that prioritize stability above anything else, then PacificHost is a good option for you.
- Great customer support staff
It is refreshing to talk to customer support staff that knows what they are talking about. There are nearly zero incidents of calls or emails going irate since issues are most often easily resolved by the technical support team.

What’s Disappointing About PacificHost?
✖ Difficult to access main website
The single, most bothersome issue with PacificHost is that you need to go through a two-step verification process with the captcha just to let them know that you are a human being trying to access their website. This is very discouraging for potential customers that simply want to know more about their product line up.
✖ Occasional dips in performance
PacificHost occasional suffers from service downtime from time to time. Service interruptions sometimes take 2 to 3 hours, which can create a headache for enterprise users.
The Bottomline
Being an old player in the web hosting industry gives PacificHost an edge in terms of brand-recognition and it’s association with reliability. If you are looking for a safe option, based on years of good reputation and stable performance then you might want to consider hooking up with PacificHost.

As a PacificHost user, I’m…
As a PacificHost user, I’m lucky to be enjoying the reliability and the efficiency that they provide in the many years that they do their business. My clothing business has been nothing but success ever since I entrusted it to this PacificHost. It feels as if I’m in total control of my website as I get to do whatever I want of it. The features are really cool and do-it-yourself which is preferable. You can always ask for assistance from their staff in case something goes wrong. The downside is, sometimes, you’ll get to talk to a support who barely knows what they’re talking about.
