A cool carbon-monoxide friendly machine, however, it doesnt really matter if it has great uptime or an eco friendly system. Well, the 24hour uptime, it does matter. Anyway, the worse thing about supergreen is that it does not answer email inquiries, problems and questions ON TIME. Having a business needs a CS team, but this one doesnt have one or atleast a trying hard team. I would reccomend this to eco-lovers but not to obsessive complainers. It has great uptime. They don’t seem to understand what my problem is. Downtime is a natural occurrence with Super Green. The great thing is I got my money back.
